70cl / 42% – A well-balanced 1992-vintage Calvados from Christian Drouin that was matured in French oak and bottled in 2022. Aromas of freshly-chopped apples, linden flowers, raisins and baking spices fill the nose and are echoed throughout the palate, with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, walnuts and almonds lingering in the finish.
