75cl / 17% – Deep golden Pineau des Charentes from the cellars of Chateau Montifaud. This complex, fruity aperitif is made by blending white grape juice with cognac eau de vie and aging in oak. The nose is full of wildflower honey and apricots that give way to a palate of tropical fruit and subtle spice. Serve chilled.
