Chapel Down – Rose Brut 75cl Bottle

Subtle aromas of strawberry and cream followed by an elegant palate with hints of wild strawberry and a mouth-watering finish. Whole bunch pressed, stainless steel ferments with champagne yeast. Three plus years on lees in the bottle. This is a delicious pink sparkling wine which is made in England. It is really top-notch quality made in a very modern, fresh and fruity style. The word Brut tells you that this is dry although it has flavours and aromas of strawberries and raspberries.
