Champagne Deutz Brut 2015 Vegan

75cl / 12% – An excellent Pinot noir-forward vintage Champagne from Deutz. The nose is full of peach, green apple and wildflower honey while the plate is creamy and delicate with lemon oil and a little toast – a perfect example of the house style. The dosage is only 9p-per-litre, leaving things crisp and allowing the fresh fruit flavours to really shine. Four years aging on the lees provides softness and complexity.
