75cl / 12.5% – This Champagne house was founded in 1996, but it has a wine growing heritage going back to 1889. Essentiel 2010 is a non-dosage Champagne and has had 2 years post-disgorgement aging in cellar to rest. It has nerve and minerality on the palate with yellow plum and nectarine coming through on the finish.
