75cl / 12% – A 2008-vintage Champagne from Bruno Paillard’s Nec Plus Ultra range, a collection of Champagnes from only the best vintages. Made with a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir grapes from Grand Cru vineyards, aromas of redcurrants, wild strawberries, raspberries, cherries, ginger, honeysuckle and quince appear on the nose and are echoed throughout the palate. Try enjoying this Champagne as an aperitif, or accompanied by langoustine, saffron risotto or quail.
