Chablis 1er Cru Cote de Jouan 2019 / Domaine Garnier

75cl / 13.5% – Côte de Jouan is a little-known 1er cru and this Chablis, made with grapes from a small parcel of organically grown old vines, is a real delight. Savoury and sappy on the nose with a real chalky character, hints of white flowers and wet stone. On the palate a real density and mineral character – this shows off its terroir to the max.
