Plush, ripe, purple fruit flavours and aromatics are supported by vibrant, fresh acidity to balance opulently textured mid-core palate weight. After 16 months of cask maturation, the wine was very lightly filtered prior to bottling. No finings were applied to ensure that the natural integrity of flavour and structure was kept intact.
