75cl / 12.5% – An organic white wine from the Piedmont estate of Castello di Tassarolo, made in small quantities to ensure quality. Notes of fresh orchard fruit and a backbone of stony minerality have led some to describe this as the Chablis of Italy. Excellent with light pasta dishes and seafood.
