This single grain whisky named ‘The Grainman’ was distilled at Carsebridge (which is now closed) in December 1982 and was matured for over 33 years in a single ex- bourbon cask. 252 bottles were produced. Nose: Mocha, honey, pears, rich oak Palate: Vanilla, honey, ginger, dried fruits Finish: Long, subtle, slightly drying yet sweet, bourbon and vanilla sugar
