By The Dutch White Batavia Arrack

70cl / 48% – This White Batavia Arrack from By The Dutch is pot distilled from sugar cane molasses on the island of Java in Indonesia after a long fermentation. It is matured for up to 12 months in large teak wooden vats before being blended and bottled in Amsterdam. The palate is light and tropical, with notes of papaya, citrus, fresh sugar cane, warming black pepper and vanilla.
