Bruno Michel Assemblee Brut NV Champagne

75cl / 12.5% – Bruno Michel has 12 hectares of wines that he farms organically with his wife Catherine in Pierry. The Assemblee Brut is a blend of the three classic varieties. There is plenty of baked apple and orange zest on the nose, with golden delicous apples, ripe melon and some toasted notes on the palate. A lovely easy-drinking champagne.
