70cl / 46% / Compagnie Des Indes – The sixth edition of Compagnie des Indes’s ‘Cannonball’ rum is a blend of aged rums from Nicaragua and Panama, which – as per the tradition of this series – has been aged in casks that previously held peated Islay whisky. This six month spell in peated casks has added subtle smoky flavours to the fruity and vegetal rum.
