Second variation in our 12-Barrel collection, this VSOP Rye Whiskey Cask Finish is a blend of Cider spirit aged in oak barrels in our cellars in Normandy, followed by a stay of 12 weeks in casks that previously contained american Rye Whiskey. Boulard is the leader of the Calvados Pays d’Auge appellation, the most prestigious among the three appellations of Calvados. Exclusively produced by double distillation of the best Norman ciders, the Calvados Pays d’Auge Boulard differentiates itself by its complexity and its authenticity…Oven-cooked apple, dry fruit, crême brûlée, hint of corn.
