The Bottega Gold liquid is DOCG quality Prosecco, produced 100% from juice for enhanced quality and freshness. However, for legislative reasons due to the gold packaging, the classification is only permitted as DOC. Tasting note: Elegant and fresh, with aromas of golden apples, Poire William and acacia flowers. Great to share, as an aperitif, great with food – especially seafood – and in cocktails.
