Bonpland Rum Blanc VSOP Blended Modernist Rum

50cl / 40% – A complex rum, made by German blender Bonpland. The team combine rhum agricole and molasses-based rum from across the Caribbean with a touch of Indonesian arrak, before marrying the blend in Chardonnay barriques from Baden in Germany. It’s got loads going on, with layers of fruit, spice and rich vanilla.
