Bluecoat Gin Barrel Reserve

70cl / 47% – Bluecoat is an American gin which has been batch-distilled five times in a custom-built copper potstill, using all-organic botanicals. The Barrel Reserve has been aged for three months in new American oak barrels, adding extra richness and some spice.
