A lovely whisky water jug advertising Black Bottle Scotch. The jug was made in the 1980s by Wade pdm & is finished in a shiny black glaze with gold, red & grey transfer decoration. The advertising slogan on the jug shows the whisky label logo. The body of the jug is square with an angular rim & a neat spout. Black Bottle Whisky began in Aberdeen in 1879 when brothers Charles, David & Gordon Graham changed direction from tea blenders & became whisky blenders instead. The jug measures 5.5 x 3 x 5.5 The jug will be cushioned in bubble wrap, wrapped in tissue & its box padded with paper for a safe journey to its new home.
