Besserat de Bellefon Rose Brut Champagne

75cl / 12.5% – A vibrant Rose Champagne from Besserat de Bellefon that is made with a blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir grapes, and uses less “liqueur de tirage” – a blend of sugar, yeast and must – at the point of bottling for a lighter effervescence. The palate offers notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, hawthorn, redcurrant, sweet almond and a hint of ginger that pair well with barbecued king prawns or pan-seared langoustine.
