75cl / 12.5% – A fruity, elegant Champagne from Besserat de Bellefon, Bleu Brut is made with a blend of 45% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir grapes, and is crafted with a unique method used by the Maison since 1930. At the moment of bottling, a smaller amount of “liqueur de tirage” – a blend of sugar, yeast and must – is added, creating a lighter, more diaphanous effervescence.
