Barbadillo Principe Amontillado 12 Year Old / Half Bottle

37.5cl / 17.5% – Drincipe de Barbadillo is an Amontillado sherry made using grapes grown in the pagos Gibalbin and Santa Lucía around Sanlúcar, Spain. Aromas of fresh lemons, salty coastal air, almonds, walnuts, rich oak and mint fill the nose, complemented by notes of lemon zest, toffee, almonds, walnuts, olive brine and garden herbs throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
