50cl / 59.3% – The third release of Armorik French single malt from That Boutique-y Whisky Company is an eight-year-old ex-Chouchen casks – a type of mead from Brittany – that was bottled as part of its 10th Birthday Series. Aromas of caramelised apples, nutmeg, black pepper, charred oak and sweet honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of baked apple, charred oak, sticky honey, oiled leather and spicy ginger throughout the palate.
