Antique Folding Pocket Corkscrew – Vintage Steel

This is a nice early C20th antique steel folding pocket, ‘harp’ or bow corkscrew with a fine, sharp steel wire screw. A simple design yet to be bettered, the screw folds back into a sprung steel handle which protects the point whilst in the pocket. When opened the screw is engaged in a sprung notch for stability, & the handle provides a good grip for extracting the cork. in good vintage condition in steel & with a sharp steel screw, fully useable with a few knocks & lovely patina of age & wear.
