Angels’ Nectar Islay Edition / Rioja Cask Islay Whisky

70cl / 46% – A seven-year-old Islay single malt from Angels’ Nectar that has been matured in Rioja wine casks, creating a soft rose blush to the whisky and aromas of homemade blackcurrant jam, strawberries and raspberries on the nose. The palate offers notes of rich peat smoke, smouldering ember, summer fruits and hints of vanilla that linger in the finish.
