37.5cl / 20% – This is called the ‘forgotten amontillado’ for good reason: this sherry lay concealed in the Sanchez Romate cellars for 25 years, where it was aging quietly in 1,000 litre toneles. Hand bottled, this is rich and complex with flavours ranging between nutty wood and tangy baked apples.
