70cl / 45% – The second entry in Admiral Rodney’s Officer’s Release series, distilled in 2009 and finished in ex-Irish whiskey casks. The nose entices you with notes of clove, allspice, baked honey, prunes and rapsberries. The palate is fruity and spicy, expertly combining cherry, blackcurrant, sweet chilli and Asian spices with a hint of saltiness to finish.
