Best to handwash & avoid dishwasher. Instructions for DIY balloon garland: 1. Blow up balloons – recommend using a balloon pump to inflate latex balloons, straw can be used for foil balloons 2. Insert tied ends of balloons into big hole of balloon decorating strip & then slide over to small hole – recommend blowing up balloons to different sizes 3.
