A full and flavoursome shiraz with rich plum and dark fruit flavours and peppery spice, balanced with savoury notes and earthy aged complexity. Very complex and well-structured, with elegance, full body and delicious soft tannins. Gentle use of oak and controlled alcohol allow it to speak of its single vineyard origin.
