The Crocodile Gin is very fresh, with intense aromas of juniper and citrus, surrounded by nuances of coriander, elderflower and Jamaican pepper. The Crocodile Gin marks a new experience in the adventurous life of Del Professore. This is the third Gin in the Del Professore range, all of which represent the rediscovery of lost styles of spirits production: this one, in particular, represents an Old Tom style Gin from the 19th century.
