Oxford Rye Organic Dry Gin is a classic juniper-forward 100% organic rye gin with bold notes of juniper, pine and citrus, and a hint of aromatic spice. From the organic rye grown especially for us in fields within 50 miles of Oxford, to the distilling in our hand-built copper stills and bottling on-site, its all our own work from seed to still – and into the bottle on the shelf. We have recently been awarded organic certification by the Soil Association, the UK’s leading food and farming organic certification body. As a result, this is a new and improved version of our original Oxford Dry Gin with a slightly lower ABV and all the flavour you have come to expect. BOTANICALS
