70cl / 40% – Barber’s Gin harks to an 18th-centruy tradition where barbers used gin as a shaving lotion. Just four botanicals are used: Croatian juniper, Moroccan coriander, Spanish thyme and French angelica root. Delicious in a G&T or Martini.
