GinBey Gin

70cl / 40% – An aromatic Lebanese gin from Domaine des Tourelles winery in the Bekaa Valley, GinBey is made with a blend of 14 botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander seed, as well as a variety of florals, herbs and spices from Labanon. The botanicals are steeped for 24 hours before being distilled and the gin is rested in clay jars for six months before being bottled.
