Calling this ‘Dry White’ may be true, but it’s massively under-selling a rather special, complex wine with wonderful savoury character. From a sixty year-old vineyard planted mainly to Palomino, with a little Chenel and Hanepoot, this displays almond-like nuttiness, saline notes and a savoury, bone-dry finish.
