Friulano DOC Friuli 2014, Brandolini

Generously redolent of almond, marzipan, wild flowers, and daisies, with murmured notes of peach, pear, and melon. Clean, crisp, and dry in the mouth, with a nicely subdued succulence and minor-key tannins. Pleasantly bitterish notes of smooth almond grace the finish.
