Selected from 35 year old vines in various vineyards on the 202.5 acres estate. The wine is matured in barrel for 18-24 months before a rigorous selection for blending, when in a difficult year a large proportion will be de-classified to maintin the premium level of the first wine and also increase the quality of the second.
