70cl / 53.6% / Watt Whisky – A 2008 Glen Spey single malt from indie bottler Watt Whisky, matured in a single hogshead and rested for three months in an ex-sherry cask before being bottled in 2021. The palate offers notes of marzipan, raisins, crème caramel, cherries and balsamic that linger in the finish.
