Timorous Beastie 10 Year Old / Batch 2 Highland Whisky

70cl / 46.8% / Douglas Laing – The second batch of 10-year-old Timorous Beastie Highland blended malt whisky from indie bottler Douglas Laing, that takes its name from Robert Burns’ famous poem ‘To a Mouse’. Sweet aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, brambles and overripe plums fill the nose, complemented by notes of honey, crunchy cereal, clove-studded orange and soft baking spices throughout the palate.
