70cl / 40% – A well-balanced blended Irish whiskey from West Cork Distillers, Black Cask is aged in first-fill bourbon casks for three years and finished for a further year in heavily charred bourbon casks. The palate is a balance of black pepper spice, creamy vanilla, fiery ginger and caramel, with hints of orange lingering in the finish.
