Glenlossie – 10 Year Old Flora and Fauna 70cl Bottle

Appearance: Deep gold; vintage Sauternes. Body: Medium to light. Nose (unreduced): Full, fresh nose with plenty of green fruit and sherry and a slight burnt sulphury background. Nose (30%): The reduced nose develops much more fruit with a hint of coconut milk and a scent of sweet tobacco. Taste: Sweet and spicy, chocolate and oily fried bananas. Finish: Smooth, still oily and dry with light chocolate notes.
