Glen Spey – 12 Year Old Flora and Fauna 70cl Bottle

Appearance: Light gold. Body: Light to medium. Nose (unreduced): Slightly oily with chocolate, hazelnuts and leather. Nose (30%): Lighter and more oriental tea like flavours with scented smoke, tar and saddles. Taste: Sweet tea with some tannic astringency and a trace of linseed oil. Finish: A medium finish becoming drier with a nice balance of malt and smoke.
