Oily in texture and intense: singed lemons, earthy peat and a crashing wave of seaside brine. Rich dark chocolate sits underneath, with salted caramel, soft nutmeg and bursts of apples and pears alongside. The chocolate continues, becoming sweeter. Smokiness returns and the fades.
