Nixta Mexican Liqueur

Nixta Licor de Elote is a Mexican corn liqueur made from a base of tender, ancestral cacahuazintle maize (pronounced kaka • wha • SINT • lay), grown in the high valleys and foothills of the Nevado de Toluca volcano.
