Nusbaumer Liqueur De Sureau (Elderflower)

70cl / 20% – This exceptional elderflower liqueur comes from Jos Nusbaumer of Alsace. Elderflowers are infused in 1-year-old elderberry brandy, then sugar syrup is added and Voges water is used to dilute it to bottling strength. Very fresh and floral, and delicious in a Gimlet.
