This lightly peated Kilkerran has been matured for 8 years before being bottled at a cask strength of 56.5% ABV. The flavour profile is that of a signature Kilkerran, with notes of orchard fruits, grass, earthiness and salt. The smoky peat is an unexpected delight, drawn from the lightly peated barley used during distillation.
