The peated version of Arran’s single Malt Machrie Moor released a Cask Strength version. This was the first batch, in 2014, bottled at 58.4% vol. Peated to 20ppm, with a limited run of 6000 bottles worldwide. Nose: Malt, peat, oak, toffee, and orange notes. Palate: Peat, malt, orange, peach, pepper and chocolate. With water some apple.
