The Monologue releases from Chapter 7 concentrate on single cask whisky releases from more obscure, but no less brilliant, distilleries. This 9-year-old Caol Ila is limited to just 284 bottles. Nose: Rosemary, barbecue smoke, citrus with a hint of vanilla. Palate: Bright citrus with smoked cereals and sea salt. Finish: Sweet and fruity.
