Tarlant BAM! Brut Nature Champagne

75cl / 12% – Tarlant is a Champagne grower which owns 14 hectares over four different crus, and is passionate about allowing the wines to express their terroir. The classic grapes of Champagne are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier but other are also allowed, including Pinot Blanc, Arbanne and Petit Meslier – which is what is used in BAM. This Champagne made from these forgotten varieties is full of rhubarb, candied lemon and some smoky notes.
