A 2007 Hazelburn single malt, matured for 13 years in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, creating aromas of lemon cheesecake, vanilla, biscuits and zesty citrus that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of peaches, red apples, vanilla, honey, orange and aniseed that linger in the finish.
