Kokoro Gin – 70cl 42%

The London gin with a Japanese heart! The small Sansho berry gives Kokoro its distinctive flavour – a citrusy zing balanced by a warm and peppery finish. These berries grow wild in the Afan Woodland in the Japanese Alps and are picked by hand at the start of the season, flash frozen and then shipped in dry ice to the UK where the magic happens. Kokoro, meaning ‘heart’ in Japanese, is unique in flavour and delicious served with ice and tonic and garnished with a large sliver of fresh ginger and a twist of lemon.
