No. 3 London Dry Gin – 70cl 46%

Created and crafted using the small traditional pot method, each batch is filtered and then diluted to a strength of 46% before being bottled under the Master Distiller’s supervision. With three fruits – Juniper for taste, Sweet orange peel for freshness and Grapefruit peel for an extra zingy lift; and three spices – Angelica root to make the gin dry, Coriander seeds to release a lemon and peppery finish and Cardamom pods to add a spicy, aromatic, warm bite this is an exquisite gin. Try it with tonic, some pink grapefruit and garnished with fresh rosemary.
